About Italian Yacht Charters

Most of the yacht charters which take place in Italy are down the Western side of the country, with things become crowded during the peak season.

The weather is always important on a cruise, although Italy does become extremely busy during the peak season, so you will definitely need to factor this into any Yacht Charter which you propose within this region. There is no shortage of beautiful locations which can be visited, pretty much nationwide.

The typical tourist season runs from May through to September. July and August are extremely warm, more so the further South which you travel. However, in contrast November through to February is extremely cold, and you are unlikely to get a suntan, particularly in the North of the country!

It is relatively easy to also take in the French Riviera as part of a Mediterranean Yacht Charter within Italy, with both Monaco and the likes of Cannes, St Tropez and Antibes within easy reach. Therefore the combination of the rugged coastline and beautiful location, and people of course, combined with the internationally renowned Italian cuisine, make Italy in our opinion the perfect location to visit for an extended period.
